What care products do I need right after my child is born?

The essentials are a baby bathtub or stand, a changing pad, diapers and wet wipes, mild cosmetics, and a thermometer for monitoring body temperature.

How often should I bathe a newborn?

In the first few weeks, bathing a few times a week is enough, since frequent bathing can dry out sensitive skin - more important than frequency is that the water is comfortably warm and the bath is short.

How do I choose diapers that don't irritate the skin?

Choose diapers made of breathable material with a proven composition, and if needed, supplement them with a diaper rash cream free of harsh ingredients if you notice signs of irritation.

When should I use a nasal aspirator or inhaler?

A nasal aspirator is handy when a baby has a stuffy nose and can't yet blow it themselves, while an inhaler is useful for colds or difficulty breathing, if needed in consultation with a pediatrician.</details
