As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason. For orders delivered in multiple packages, this period begins when you receive the last item. Once you notify us, you have 14 days to send the item back.
How to request a return
- Open the returns page on our website (or the profile icon in the store menu) and click Request a return.
- Log in: enter the email address used for the order, then enter the 6-digit code we send you by email.
- Select the order you want to return and select the item(s).
- Select a reason and optionally add a note, then submit the request.
- If your request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with return instructions and a return label.
