Thank you for your order! Here is what happens next:
- Order confirmation. As soon as your order is placed, you receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of the items, delivery address and total. This email is your proof that the purchase agreement has been concluded.
- Payment. For card, PayPal or proforma (bank transfer) orders, we begin preparing your order once payment is confirmed. For cash-on-delivery orders (Slovenia only), we start as soon as the order is confirmed.
- Processing. Our warehouse prepares and packs your items.
- Dispatch. In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You receive a dispatch email with a tracking link.
- Delivery. Delivery within Slovenia usually takes 2–5 business days; international delivery usually takes 2–10 business days.
Longer delivery times in two cases:
- Backordered / out-of-stock items. If an item in your order is not currently in stock, it is placed on backorder and has a longer lead time. In this case your order is usually put on hold and sent complete once the item arrives; only if the lead time is very long do we consider splitting it, after agreeing with you first. We will let you know the expected timing by email, and stock availability is also shown on the product page and in the cart.
- Personalised items. Personalised (made-to-order) items add approximately 5–7 business days to the preparation time before dispatch, on top of the usual timings above.
