At Evitas we normally send your whole order together in a single shipment.
We split an order into more than one parcel only in exceptional cases — for example when one item has a very long lead time (backorder) and you would otherwise have to wait a long time for the rest of your order.
If we do split your order:
- your order shows as partially fulfilled, and
- you receive a separate tracking link for each parcel, at no extra delivery cost.
If one item in your order has a long lead time, we will usually contact you first to agree how you would prefer to proceed — wait and receive everything together, or receive the available items first. If you have any questions about your order, reply with your order number and we will confirm the status of each item.
